The detailed general terms and conditions of sale below govern the contractual relationships between any user of the website HTTPS://www.myshop.com. These general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except for prior, express, and written derogation. MY-SHOPS may occasionally modify some of its general terms and conditions, so it is necessary to review them before each visit to the HTTPS://www.myshop.com website.
These modifications are effective as soon as they are posted online and do not apply to contracts concluded prior to their publication. Each purchase on the website is therefore governed by the general terms and conditions applicable on the date of the order.

These charges are indicated to the user as they select products and are invoiced in addition to the price of the selected products at the end of the order.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice, but we undertake to apply the rates in effect that were indicated to you at the time of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the displayed price is incorrect or zero.

MY-SHOP takes great care in providing online information about the essential characteristics of products, including technical descriptions from its partners and suppliers and non-contractual photographs illustrating the products, within the limits of technology and in compliance with market standards.
The removal or modification by suppliers of MY-SHOP of articles that have been ordered allows the company to cancel the current order, unless the customer agrees to modify it. The weights displayed on the website are provided for indicative purposes only, based on the information provided by our suppliers. However, they may vary slightly in reality.


The articles sold travel at the expense, risk, and peril of the buyer, except for possible recourse against the carrier. The articles are deemed received and accepted upon departure from our company. Upon their arrival at the destination, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect their condition before taking possession of them at their own risk.


All orders will be honored within the limits of available stocks. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in our stocks, we will contact you by email to inform you and indicate the expected delivery time for the product, if applicable.
If some of the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, we will proceed with a grouped shipment upon receipt of all the products. The displayed availabilities are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment in any case.

Delivery Method

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during your order.
For any product available in stock, shipment is made within 48/72 hours.

MY-SHOP makes every effort to ensure that orders are shipped promptly and delivered within the estimated time frames. The delivery time depends on the destination and the chosen delivery method. Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and not binding. The delivery methods available may vary depending on the destination and the nature of the products ordered. During the ordering process, the user will be informed of the available delivery methods and their respective costs. MY-SHOP uses reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders. The risk of loss or damage to the products during shipment is transferred to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the package and report any visible damages to the carrier at the time of delivery. If the buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions on how to schedule a redelivery or collect the package from a local pickup point. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions and arrange for the delivery or pickup of the package within the specified time frame. MY-SHOP is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the carrier. However, in the event of a significant delay or non-delivery, MY-SHOP will work with the buyer and the carrier to resolve the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.


MY-SHOP cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, fortuitous events, disruptions, total or partial strikes, including postal services and transportation and/or communication means, flooding, fire, or any other cause beyond its control.
MY-SHOP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from these terms, loss of business, loss of profit, damages, or expenses that may occur. The choice to purchase a product or service is solely the responsibility of the customer. In the event of non-delivery of an order, the User has a maximum of 60 days (from the date of departure from our warehouse) to contact us. No claims will be accepted beyond this deadline.

The only possible payment methods currently available on the website are Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.

Shipping fees

Your items will be shipped to the address you provide, with shipping costs additional. Along with your order, you will receive an invoice that will serve as a warranty voucher. Every order is subject to our acceptance and can be delivered depending on available stock.

Customs fees

MY-SHOP informs you that all fees and taxes related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
MY-SHOP cannot be held responsible for any fees and/or taxes related to customs clearance in the context of a sale.

Right of withdrawal - Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back

In accordance with Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return the item to MY-SHOP for exchange or refund in its original condition, without penalty except for the return costs, which are always borne by the customer. Beyond these deadlines, no items will be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
After a fourteen-day withdrawal period, if the item is not returned in its original condition with its packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a minimum of 20% of the price of the item for storage and packaging fees.
After a fourteen-day withdrawal period, and unless otherwise specified, credits are not eligible for any refund. After a fourteen-day withdrawal period, any return must be agreed upon in advance by our sales department, including a photocopy of the invoice and the completed return form.


MY-SHOP provides a warranty for hidden defects under the legal conditions. The purchaser has a period of eight days from the discovery of a hidden defect to notify their reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Payment and delivery

Our items and goods are payable before delivery, and our shipments are made after receiving payment.
Any amount paid by the buyer upon ordering is considered a deposit by both parties.
In the event that the company has exceptionally granted special payment terms, the items and goods are subject to a reservation of ownership until full payment of the price, expenses, and accessories. In case of non-payment of any agreed installments, the seller may apply the resolutory condition. This condition does not affect the immediate transfer at the expense and risk of the buyer. No discount will be granted for cash payment or payment made prior to the due date. In the event of late payment, an interest rate of 1.5 times the legal rate will be charged (law 921442 of 12/31/1992).

Retention of title clause

In accordance with Law No. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, we reserve ownership of the products and goods, the subject of the present debit, until full payment of the total price and its accessories. In the event of total or partial non-payment of the price on the due date for any reason, by express agreement, we reserve the right, without formality, to physically retake possession of these products and goods at your expense, risk, and peril. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Montpellier is solely competent for sales to professionals.


MY-SHOP undertakes not to disclose any information that could allow a third party to directly or indirectly know the details of the customer's inquiries and, in general, no confidential data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act.
